Only items that were bought directly from our website are eligible for returns. Please adhere to our Returns Policy if you are unhappy with your purchases for any reason so that we can help you swap or refund your order. If a product is not returned according to our returns policy, we reserve the right to refuse the return and may ask you to cover the cost of delivery. Your statutory rights are unaffected by our returns policy.

Returns

Products that are new, unworn, or unused may be returned within thirty (30) days after the date of shipment.

Underwear cannot be returned due to hygienic concerns. We provide extended returns for all clients from November 1st to December 31st, which is the Christmas period. You have until January 31st of the following year to return any purchases you made during this time.
